Cancellation or Changes -
It is EXTREMELY important that you call us as soon as you know you need to cancel OR if you know you will have less riders than you reserved. If you do not call us, we could be turning persons away unnecessarily. We do have the option of charging a "no show" fee but that is NOT our preference.
HORSE CARE OVERVIEW
(Minimum 5 persons: Lasts 30-40 minutes) This is very
popular. It's a great opportunity for young persons such as Girl
Scouts, Boy Scouts, Schools, Churches, and other Youth Organizations to
learn more about horses . An employee or volunteer will educate them
on basic horse care and horse handling. Topics include feeding,
grooming, saddling, mounting, how to use reins and stirrups, etc.
There's also some optional "hands on" (kids love to help groom). Of
course our staff's "assistant" is a horse! Additionally, for Girl
Scouts, it will help you earn a badge. Reservations are required and
could be limited due to staff availability. Cost is $5 per person or $3
per person if you are also trail riding the same day!
Custom Group Packages/
